To Fix CSAC or CRESET in System Administrator Login

Most of the time while access Finacle Menu 

CSAC - to Fix already login issues

CRESET - to reset locked user

Not working in System Administrator Login. It shows an Error message as

Retry Menu

Solution

To fix the above issues, kindly do the below steps

  • Logout from current User if you have already logged in
  • Open your Internet Explorer 8 or higher version.
  • Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete Button to invoke Delete History and Temporary files.
  • Click on Delete button.
  • After Delete all the Temporary internet files, close and open your internet Explorer.
  • then login as System Administrator then Use CSAC/CRESET Menu without any Issues.
